Terms of Service

Please read all TOS before commissioning me. By commissioning me you are agreeing to all terms listed below.

1. General

Please read all TOS before commissioning me. Once commissioned, you agree to my terms of service.• When commissioning me, please be as accurate and descriptive as possible.• Please provide 2-3 reference images of your character via Google Drive, Twitter DM, etc. (Even stick figure drawings help!)• Please describe character personality, pose, outfits, and anything else that will help me with your commission.• Turn around time depends on my current workload, so please expect anywhere from 1-6 weeks for completion. I keep everyone updated via trello :))• I work on pieces in chronological order. Feel free to ask how many clients are ahead of you!I don't do:
✗ Mechs
✗ Real people
✗ Complicated backgrounds• After the sketch is completed, I will run it by you for approval. You’re entitled to 2 alterations (meaning: you ask me to fix something, I show you what I’ve fixed, you reserve the right to ask me to tweak it once more).• Once the sketch is approved, any additional changes before completion will incur a 25% fee.• Changes once the piece is finished will not be accepted.• In order to commission nsfw content from me, you must be 18 years or older.• I reserve the right to refuse a commission based on personal comfort levels.

11. Payment

• All commissions must be paid in-full upfront.• I accept payment through paypal, ko-fi, or venmo. Please keep in mind that paypal’s fee will be added onto your total.• I only accept payments in USD.
Additional fees (15%) can apply to highly complicated/detailed commissions - please do not expect your girl (me) to be a fashion designer. I’d prefer to draw everyone nude if I could T-T.• If I'm not able to complete the commission, a refund will be provided.• Once the commission has been started, I do not offer full refunds. Anything after the approved sketch may receive 50% (as I will be paying myself for time spent and slot taken). Obviously, extenuating circumstances exist, so please be communicative!• If you file a malicious chargeback I reserve the right to take action to protect myself and warn others, including but not limited to taking the issue with PayPal. And also please do not :(( I will cry.

111. Rights

• As the artist I retain the rights to the artwork.• I reserve the right to post/publish artwork, and use artwork for promoting future commissions.Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed and agreed. If you would like to discuss commercial use of artwork please let me know - though please understand the following:• Commercial work price may be equal to or exceed the typical commission price x3. (i.e: a $30 chibi becomes a $60 chibi).• If you intend to profit from my design, that must be expressly agreed upon before payment is accepted.
• Even if you have purchased my work for commercial use, it is still my work. Under no circumstances may you claim it as your own and must still credit me for its design.• If you intend to alter or edit my design in any way, you must credit me for the original.• Failure to abide by the commercial terms will result in legal action. :)As the commissioner, you are allowed to:• Use my artwork for personal uses only unless agreed otherwise.• Print, display or post the artwork with credit.The following constitutes Copyright Infringement:• Reproducing/Using the copyrighted artwork for commercial purposes (making money out of it in any way). Altering or editing the artwork without my consent. (editing meaning changing the drawing, such as drawing over it.)
